Hi There, My stop sell limits are being rejected with error code 2060. I used a stop sell limit to enter a position short in NQ. Price traded down through my price but was rejected. There was liquidity at price and enough volume traded per price to fill me. This happens intermittently not consistently. I know CQG is not recommended but I have no but to use it. Hope you can help |

We do not know what that rejection is. What does that rejection mean? And besides, this is not something Sierra Chart has any control over. You need to ask the exchange or your broker for help.

the rejection error is Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Sell order stop price must be below last trade price ExchangeRejectCode = 2060. Internal Order ID: ***. Service Order ID: ****. Symbol: F.US.ENQU22. Account: **** | 2022-06-29 08:52:37.697 Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated |

The implication from the message is that there was a modification to the Stop which would have placed it above the last trade price, therefore the modification was rejected. But you really need to ask your broker about this error and why it occurred. For anybody else with the same problem, this was the cause. This worked on sim but not live. Order Types: Stop |
