Sierra Charts randomly lagging on first instance but not second?

Good morning! I've been using Sierra charts now for 6+ months without any problems, but today when I logged into my account the price action on my charts was moving extremely slowly. Everything else in Sierra Charts was working perfect with no lags or delays, and I haven't changed any settings. But the price was constantly moving slowly instead of the usually speed its at. My chart update interval is set at 10 which has been working fine, & when I open a second instance of Sierra Charts it seems to fix the problem on the second instance but not the first ??
