delays in data delivery

hello I have the Sierra 2383 version, changed the package to 10 and I am having trouble delivering data, there is a 10-15 minute delay. Where is the problem ? and how to change it to good settings. I tried to do according to the previous instructions but it still doesn't work. I will be grateful for quick information. |
