All tools condensed on one price after re-opening SC

Hi guys, since a couple of days I am experiencing an odd but disturbing problem: - I have a workspace set up for various futures markets and I am toggling btw. them with the QuoteBoard - when I add tools such as lines, rectangles, text etc. and close SC (after saving all) the tools will be there after reopening for all markets (e.g. CL, ES) except for one market, in my case HG - in this one market (HG) the tools are still there but are all condensed and stacked on one single price - I have updated SC to Rev. 2408 but the problem remains What can I do? |

Is the symbol of the chart different?: except for one market, in my case HG Is this set to a HG symbol and is the symbol exactly the same as it was when the drawings were drawn?- in this one market (HG) the tools are still there but are all condensed and stacked on one single price Otherwise this is not making any sense to us at all. It is a technical impossibility. Hey Guys, the issue (even it seems from your end technically impossible) persists. I checked your recommendations. As mentioned initially, I use various markets within my chartbook and toggle btw. them by using the quoteboard. The problem never appears for any of the markets other than HG. And it doesn't seem to appear always: in rare cases I restart SC, open the chartbook and the tools would still be there. But in most of the times all tools would be condensed to one price (see screenshot attached). This is really very annoying and I tested all hacks that came to my mind to solve or bypass the problem. We certainly do not. There is no functionality in Sierra Chart which would cause this. Is a custom study changing those drawings?
