Dear support, sierra chart prints every time-based OHLC bar with at least 15 minutes per bar incorrectly. The low of the new bar is often lower than the price ever went within the time period of the corresponding OHLC bar. As you can see in this example screenshot: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1656180208323.png The volume chart on the left shows that the price at 16:02 had its low at 3743.25. But the 120 min OHLC bar incorrectly has its low at 3723.25. So the 120 min OHLC bar makes as if the price during that period reached 3723.25 even though it did not. This chart misinforms the trader. And I have noticed this mistake on HLC bars as well. This happens very often in multiple markets. Could you please fix that mistake? |

You are comparing a Time-Based chart against a Heikin-Ashi chart. You can not make this comparison.

I deleted the Heikin-Ashi study from my time-based charts. Then the mistake disappeared. Thank you for your help!
