hi every one. i just subscribe to SC service package 5 and everything is correct both on interactive brokers side API and SC API. but it's look like am unable to connect because of SC service package who is not apparently up to date in the desktop App. |

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
