Ghost Orders on Chart and DoM

Using Package 11 with Denali Feed and executing through IB for many months. Today I have encountered strange behavior as follows:
(1) Order placed for 1 futures contract but after being filled, the DoM and Chart show 1 of 2 contracts filled.
(2) Try to cancel "ghost" order on SC but continues to show on both DoM and Chart.
(3) Even after exit 1 contract position, SC continues to show 1 out of 2 contracts filled for both BUY & SELL transactions on both DoM and Chart.
(3) Even if market trades through the "ghost" order, nothing is filled.

When I shut down and re-start both SC and IB-TW, the "ghost" orders disappear. When a new order is filled, the same sequence of events occur as per attached screenshot

I have not changed any settings on either SC or IB-TW. Never experienced this problem so would appreciate your help troubleshooting.

We did have an issue with an order showing up when it was not supposed to be there, but we do not recall the exact version in this this occurred and was fixed.

But, the first thing to do is to update to the current release and then see if you still have this incorrect order showing in your chart.

Thanks for the quick reply, John.
Updated from v2351 to v2401 and re-booted system but same issue remains.
What next steps would you suggest?

SC Support / John,
I called IB and appears to be an issue on their end. It is affecting at least one other platform beyond SC.
Please don't spend any further time on this. If issue persists after IB tells me it is fixed on their end, I will re-connect with you.
