I booked S&P Indices (REAL TIME) and expected to get tick data, but I get data which has only 1 price within an 1 sec interval.

How can I solve this problem?
Or: Is there an other exchange, where I can get tick data for Indices?

BUT the lowest interval for $INX is an 1 sec interval.
I need this data in real time (1 price per second is not real time)

How can I get this?

The data is 1 tick.

Check your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit and ensure this is set to 1 tick. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

I use the 1 tick setup.

It works e.g. for future data from CME. But this is only a future derivate.
There, each tick gets provided (several times a second)

!!! BUT ALL R E A L T I M E Indexes from S&P like S&P500 ($INX) only gets updated one times a second!!!

Do you really only provide the indices with an interval of 1 sec?
Or is there a possibility to get this data in a high update frequency like CME data?

That is controlled by S&P. They are the provider of the data:

You can ask S&P about this:

Or is there a possibility to get this data in a high update frequency like CME data?

But certainly this is not currently the case.
