Hi, So I just notice if I connect to my broker with CGQ I get different bid/ask data than with SC Data, and even though the symbol [M] is present both charts have different values. see at 3880 at the right screenshot (SC Data, ESU22) you can see 52x59 (green because imbalance), and the left one is CGQ (F.USEPU) does not show that amount of traded contracts. You cannot see it in the screenshot but in both it shows [CBV][M]. [M] is denali data in both rigth? |

In general - yes, the [M] designates that the data is coming from our data feed. Just to ensure that you have the right data, you need to redownload the data for both charts, or redownload the data for each symbol, if this is the same chart just connected to different trading services. To redownload the data follow these instructions and select the most recent contract to redownload: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
