How can I configure the Volume Profile Drawing Tool to display the VPOC for the selected area and the volume value area ?
Are you able to do this

Also are you able to display the volume value area for a specific bar on a footprint chart ?

Thank you

For the Volume Profile Drawing Tool, you can setup how you want it to display using a Study Collection. Refer to the information here:
Volume By Price Study: Step by Step Instructions to Configure the Draw Volume Profile Tool

With regards to the Volume Value Area on a Numbers Bars (Footprint) chart, there is not a way to do this directly within the Numbers Bars study itself. There there a number of ways to make this work. You can use the Volume Value Area For Bars study to put markers to the left of the Numbers Bars, or you can change the Draw Style to Dash to have lines through the data.

Or you could also use the Volume by Price study and set the Draw Mode to POC, VAH, VAL, VWAP Lines Only and set the Volume Graph Period Type to Multiple Profiles based on Bar Count and set the Numbers of Bars for 'Based on Bar Count' to 1. Then adjust the lines as you want (again, a Draw Style of Dash or Square Left Offset would be good options).

Refer to the following information:

i was able to successfully set up th customized draw volume profile. Thank you

Is there a way to apply the volume value area lines study to create a transparent rectangle fill like you can with the other volume profile studies

if there is another volume profile study on the chart along with drawn volume profile how are the two handled in terms of the volume value area lines study

Thank you

Refer to the following:

The Volume Value Area Lines is completely independent from the Volume by Price profiles. You set the Time Period and Time Period Length for the Volume Value Area Lines and the lines are determined based on the Inputs for that study alone. Refer to the information at the following link:
