Hi when I open intraday F.US.EPU22 in CQG WEB AP(Trading). (symbols are translated) it gives me the message below. Yellow box message Requested symbol was not found. Click for symbol information. Red Box message Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for ESU22-CME. The symbol is unknown to the server. When I Edit - Translate symbols to current service it gives the message below. Yellow box message Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart feed for symbol: F.US.UPU22. ID: 1 Click for information. Red box message Download failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed. If I connect to the SC Data ALL SERVICES then I cannot trade as I am not connected to my account with AMP Futures. Could you tell me where I'm going wrong please. |

It sounds like the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No. Change this to Yes and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. If the setting is already set to Yes, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
