hey, can you guys issue refund for rest of the non-used data feed, i decided not to use charting service further.
i wasn't aware i have to register cme account to get future data.

Yes we can refund the current month to you. But if there are any exchange fees, those are nonrefundable.

i have paid for service pack 11 with denali feed, none of my data is real time as of yesterday.
Tried AMD.NQ and couple more ticker i think.
So i am not sure did i really used any real time data or not.
but sure please go ahead and issue refund, possible for you to tell the amount i will be refunded?

If you are requiring real-time US stock data, the reason it was not real time is because you did not pay the exchange fee. We can help you get real-time data.
