Can you restart Sierra Chart and enable the Force Login option on the Login window, and then provide a screenshot of that message.

I restarted, enabled the Force Login option and logged in, I still get the same message.

The account from which you have posted definitely has the evaluation for Package 12 through August 19, 2022. We will have to see why you are getting different information in the notice.
