I want to chart some symbols on Binance (not execute trades). I go to Find Symbol and click (Get Binance Symbols). That pops up a "Symbol Selection Window." When I choose the symbol I want (e.g. BNBUSDT), the only buttons I can choose are "Copy All Symbols to Clipboard" and "Cancel." How do I get the Binance symbols loaded so I can create charts?

Once you select the particular symbol in the list, the OK button (next to cancel) should show as available. Select the OK button to select that symbol. You can also double-click on the symbol to select it and OK off the selection screen. Thank you. How do I get the symbol I selected to populate as a selectable instrument going forward. For example, I have a chart set up the way I want for one instrument and now want to switch to a Binance instrument - how do I do that since there are no instruments listed under Binance? The method we walked through above opens a new chart instead.

Go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol and select the field for Symbol. You can then select the button for Select. That will bring up the Find Symbol window, but when you select your symbol, it will just change the symbol for the current chart. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
