Hi

Lately, all the horizontal levels that i have on my charts, they all disappear the next day.
Also, the countdown timer often shows 0 as opposed to 13m 17s for example, i have to remove it and add it again to work again.
The frustrating thing is the levels disappearing, they also disappear from the "manage drawing" panel.
What is the problem ?

Thanks

You definitely should not have to do anything special with the Countdown Timer. Nothing has changed with that functionality. There is no bug in version 2394 related to this. We recommend reviewing the documentation for the Countdown Timer:
Countdown Timer

We are not able to reproduce any problem with the Countdown Timer.

Check Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings and see if there are any text drawings related to the countdown timer that are left over. Delete those. This normally should not be an issue.

These horizontal levels are they drawing using a drawing tool?

Hi

OK i will send you a photo of when the countdownm timer shows the value of 0.
The horizontal levels are drawn using the tool "Horizontal Ray", they then show up on my "manage chart drawings".
Then, randomly one day, i'll start Sierra and the levels are not on the chart, lately i noticed after a few minutes they reappear by themselves.
But today they did not reappear.
Thanks

What you are stating with regards to the Horizontal Ray sounds like a scaling issue, in that the scale is moving up/down based on the current levels, but your drawings are either somewhere above or below the current level, so they are not showing. They are still there, but at a higher/lower price point.

Hello

I have updated to version 2403 today, and i notice that the platfrom is slower, its laggy, so if i click on something, it takes longer than usual to react.

I hope this gets fixed in next update?

Regards

There are no changes regarding performance. This is not a version specific issue.

All i know, is that i use Sierra everyday the same way, and today after updating it became laggy, its a very simple diagnosis

By the way, this slow response when using Sierra is only when i'm on ES chart, if on Gold chart the platform is not slow
