Hello,

I’m new to Sierra charts. I have 5 DOMS and charts open. I’m getting live data. However, it seems like the ESM22 DOM and chart are getting data. I can see the price jumps around very quickly. Both ZNM22 and CLM22 are not getting data. The price barely move. The 6BM22 and 6EM22 seems to be getting data but the price moves very slowly.

Can you help?

Thanks.

CL and ZN rolled over today, so you should be on the next contracts for each of these.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Alright my ZNM22-CBOT(M) and CLM22-NYMEX(M) is not getting data. The ZNM22-CBOT is getting very little data while the CLM22-NYMEX(M) is getting no data at all. How can I fix this?

Select the chart for ZN and/or CL and then select Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover and then select the next contract for those instruments. You need to be on the current contract as the old one will have less trading as everyone moves to the new one.

How can I tell which month we're supposed to be on for each instrument?

As long as you rollover to the next contract when the system prompts, then you will be on the correct one. Or, you can check the exchanges website for the information.

And can roll over be automatated?

Yes, you can have Sierra Chart automatically rollover to the current contract, but in so doing, you will not be able to load previous contracts into that chart, should you want to do so for some reason, since it will always change it to the current contract. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
