would this also cover currency pairs or would that be something different? It depends on what you are looking for in terms of "currency pairs". If you are referring to Currency Futures from the CME Group, then those are traded on the same CME exchange as the S&P 500, so they would be included when you setup the data for the S&P 500. But, if you are looking for FOREX data, then we have data from FXCM for free with any Sierra Chart package. and what would be the cheapest way to have this? It just depends on what exchanges and data you need, as the exchange fees can vary from $1.25 to $33.00. To get the Denali data for the CME Group, follow these instructions (note that you will need to change your package to Package 11 to get the data): Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges Also, make sure you understand the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart at least once a month to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings The instructions mention the possibility of disabling Custom Symbol Settings. Definitely do that. After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Ok, the symbols may not actually be valid. Maybe there are hidden characters which we cannot see. Or perhaps there is a problem with requesting Symbol Settings.
