Nothing we can do about this other than for us to find another provider. We told FXCM about the issue but they did not respond. It may well be FXCM's fault and although it's very annoying, the FXCM feed has been pretty damn good since I've been using Sierra (around 2 years). Interestingly it first happened on a Monday, maybe they did some major hardware/software updates over the weekend. FXCM is also not the CME or EUREX. For them to have a problem for 24+ hours is inexcusable due to their investment and importance. But FXCM is just a small company by comparison. Bottom line - I'm sure they'll fix everything and we can get back to enjoying their solid price feed. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-06-07 14:30:59
