Hello, I have issue with Copper spread with Rithmic. Using this syntax "HGN4-HGZ4-COMEX" I can get spread DOM opened but market depth looks strange (see attached picture). I tried also for example Crude Oil spreads and that works OK. Can you also advice how to open spread DOM for sugar spread with Rithmic for example? Syntax seems to be quite different from CBOT, COMEX like SB FMV0014!... Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-05-01 18:48:46

There were incorrect settings in DOM -> Chart Setting. Had to change Tick Size (set to 0.01) to correct value 0.0005 I can manually correct setting for required spread each time but can you somehow fix this? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-05-01 20:23:22

Yes, clearly the Tick Size was wrong. It should be automatically set based on data from Rithmic but that might not be working correct for various reasons. The most reliable thing to do is to set up this symbol with the proper tick size in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings: HG?#-HG?#-COMEX Be sure to enable Use Pattern Matching. You need to look up the spread symbols in the Rithmic trading software and use exactly what you see. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
