For some reason I have no depth of market today on the ES. My service is paid up for the real-time Sierra data feed and the feature to use the feed is turned on (checked) in the settings.

We know why this is happening for your particular account. It is because your account has 2 different CME Group exchanges enabled. One with depth and one without.

Thanks. But now I cannot connect to rithmic. It says I have a login failure but it is the same login Optimus gave me and I re-entered it as well.
