Good morning. I recently switched to Sierra Chart Denali data with CQG at AMP broker. Today I probably ended my AMP data payment period. The platform does not download new data. What should I do? Should I change the symbols on the platform? Can the platform do it automatically? If not and I have to manually, what symbols do I need to find for for CME: F.US.EU6M22, F.US.BP6M22, F.US.DA6M22. for NYMEX: F.US.CLEN22, for Comex: F.US.GCEQ22 and CBOT: F.US.YMM22. Regards, |

From what we see, you were getting your data from us through our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you had deactivated the exchange, therefore it did not renew today. If you want to continue to get data from us, then go to the Recurring Services Page, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Reactivate button to reactivate the exchange.
