hi there

I keep seeing the message which is attached to this post. The market internals are working though but the candlestick charts and the market profile chart are not working. I used the same login details I have been using in the past few months.

Let me know what needs to be done to solve this. Thank you!

Check and possibly re-enter your Rithmic password for the data on the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. The message is simply stating that the password is either not entered or is incorrect.
