Hello - I have been trading via sierra chart for over 2 years using CQG connection and as of today I am receiving the error "Service Package does not support this function or account has expired." I have not changed any services that I am aware of and have balance for services on my account. Any help on why I am receiving this error would be appreciated. |

We have made a change to our packages, such that you now need to have Package 10 or higher in order to make any external connections. Packages 3 and 5 are only for testing/training purposes with our Delayed Data. Refer to the following information: Service Package Changes | Discontinued External Services | Reducing Overall Costs We have gone ahead and set your account to evaluate Package 12 for the next 30 days, so there is nothing you need to do right away. You should be all fine now. Just remember to update your package before the 30 day evaluation is over.
