To whom it may concern, Since the updated version of sierra chart has become live I am unable to link some of the windows in a chartbook to my market profile. What is now the method to do this? Previously you would go chart>>chart settings>>advanced settings but this option is not now available. I have attempted to use the linking menu in chart settings but I am unable to link new windows that were not already linked before the update. Any and all help greatly appreciated. Kind Regards, Alan |

Chart Linking functionality is not changed. The Chart Settings window is now different. Go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Linking. We verified all of this functionality is working correctly.

The process is completely different now since the update there is no option to choose advance settings.. I have already linked one window to my market profile using chart settings and linking but it wont allow me to link a second … also when I search for help on the platform it shows me the old lay out… is there any links to show me how to do it across two windows please |

You have us very confused. As noted above, the process of setting up linking has not changed. You select the chart for which you want the link, then select Chart >> Chart Settings and go to the Linking tab and then select the link number and the particular items you want to link for that chart. Repeat for each chart for which you want to setup the linking. Refer to the following documentation: Chart Settings: Linking For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The process has not changed. Just the way the window looks has changed. In the old window you would go to Advanced Settings and then choose a Link Number and the items you wanted to link with that Link number. In the new window, you go to Linking and then choose a Link Number (first item at the top) and then change the status of the items from No to Yes for the items that you want to link to the selected number.
