Hello, I have an account with Earn2Trade with Level 2 data active. However, even though I see Level 2 data in Rithmic Order Book, I cannot see them in the Sierra Chart DOM (only Level 1) - see screenshots attached. Can you please let me know how I can fix it? Is there any settings to change in Sierra? Thanks in advance Best, |

Market depth is enabled within the Earn2Trade dashboard. It's well hidden. Nothing to do with Sierra Chart.

Indeed I enabled it, that's why I'm seeing Level 2 quotes in Rithmic Order Book. Please check out the image attached. Furthermore, I have already checked that out with Earn2Trade and they confirmed that Level 2 is already enebled in my account. |

Can you please let me know how I can fix it? You are getting data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed but the exchange you have activated does not include market depth.Refer to: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Adding Support for CME Market Depth Data Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Despite I have a Denali data feed, I'm currently using Earn2Trade/Rithmic as primary datafeed (see attached) with Level 2 data enabled. Can you please advice? Thx |

In your Data/Trade Service settings under "Common" set "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No. This way all the data will come from Rithmic so you'll get the depth. You'll be better grabbing historical data from Denali from time to time however.
