Teton - How far back does the NQ Trade History go vs. CQG Data? Seems like less?

Hello SC Team, I am gradually shifting to Teton (IronBeam) from CQG (AMP Futures). However, I have run into an issue. On CQG, I can have well over 2000 days of history on any intraday chart. For example, I often will go into the details of what happened on a 100-Trades chart or a 5-minute chart for ES/NQ, however far back in history it was since the last time price was at that level. This helps me fine-tune my trade levels down to a few tick range. I noticed that when duplicating my SierraChart folder from CQG (so that every setting is exactly the same), and then switching my Trade Server to Teton, I only get a fraction of the historical data. It does not seem to go back beyond 2021. Is this a limitation with Teton? Or is there a different setting I need to be aware of? Thank you for any help! Mike |

The data for the CME Group goes back to 2011 in 1-tick data and back to 2008 in 1 minute increments. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: What is Included Refer to the following for how to get more data into a chart: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks. Does that apply also when using Teton?

Yes. It does not matter what your service is set to, you have the same access to the data.

Thanks. I now see that when I duplicated the SierraChart folder, for some reason, the global setting for max # intraday downloads was defaulted back to 50. All set now. Thanks again! Mike |
