Missing Recent 1 Week of Historical Data, but not missing on Intraday Charts

Hello SC Team, I have ES & NQ charts open in the attached chartbook. As you can see, the intraday charts (4hr, 1hr, etc.) have all the current data. Unfortunately, the Historical Charts (Daily and above) are missing the past week of data. I have tried deleting and reloading the data. I have tried restarting SC. I have tried starting a fresh Chartbook and opening the symbol. I'm running version 2391, using Teton CME Order Routing with IronBeam. This problem showed up only during this past week, I've never run into it before. Same problem for both ES and NQ. Any help resolving this before Monday starts would be much appreciated! Mike T |

There is no problem with the Chartbook itself. The daily charts appear just fine for us: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=165259602775.png Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Thank you. There is an error message that says on the Daily Bars, "Max Downloads Per Month Exceeded." I've never seen that before. Is there a setting I need to change? This only applies to the historical charts, not the intraday, for some reason. |
