Hello, I activated Sierra Chart free trial on Wednesday, but had to reinstall Sierra Chart and it will not accept the verification code again. Could you please help me? Thank you. |

Thank you for your reply. When I tried to connect after re-installation of Sierra Chart, I received a connection error message. So I tried to enter the trial verification code in the trial activation window again and it said that the code is already in use. So I cannot connect, but it will not accept the code either. Could you please tell me how to proceed? |

Your account status follows your login, not the Sierra Chart installation. So as long as you are continuing to login to the new installation using the same Sierra Chart Account Name, then you should be fine. What exactly are you having a problem connecting to?
