Good Morning,
Sierra Chart account balance display is incorrect, it is showing $328.28 when actual account balance is \41828.28. I am unable to place a live trade, only sim.

no, I do not have CQG, i have SC Data

I have Denali through SC, I have live date feed and charting is working , it is that my account balance is not accurate. I contacted AMP, but they said I need to go through you. AMP has the corect5 balance on their end.

If you are using AMP as your broker most likely your account is set up on the CQG system and you need to set Sierra Chart to connect to CQG:

Also if you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to finish the set up regarding the exchanges:
