Historical Market Depth Data is not appearing on my chart

Hello, I am trying to display the historical market depth for in this example, 6A, Aussie Dollar futures. I am following all of your online guides to the T. I am getting recorded data after I told it to record, but disconnecting and reconnecting, reloading and recalculating the chart, removing and adding the study, none of this displays historical depth. I have the days set to 20 days of recorded depth. It is only recording depth moment to moment and since I told it to record. Can you help me display the historical depth? I am looking to display depth for multiple days. |

If you are getting the Market Depth Historical Graph to show the Market Depth data while you are connected, then you have the first part all taken care of. If you are not getting the Market Depth Historical Graph to show information even when connected to the real-time data, then refer to the following: Market Depth Historical Graph: Market Depth Historical Graph Not Displaying Therefore, if it is just a matter of downloading the historical data, refer to the following for how to do this and a manual option to force the download if it is not happening automatically: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have done this exactly It is not displaying historical data still. I have done both of these links, exactly. |

Just to clarify, you are only missing historical data correct? Have you done the manual downloading of historical market depth data? That is, have you followed the instructions at the following link starting at Step #8: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
