"Maximum number of retries encountered" Error Message During Installation

I am receiving the error message "Maximum number of retries encountered" when trying to do an install of version 2348 to use "Old Sierra Charts" I need Sierra Charts to open automatically when I log into my Infinity/TransAct account. I have sent the log created when I attempted the install. I have uploaded a screenshot of the error message.

You are having a connectivity issue for some reason, but there is no information as to why. It is just having an issue getting the files to download.

We recommend using the Zip Installer instead. You just have to download and then copy and paste the files into the installation folder. You will find the information here:
