You need to fill out the Agreements again and ensure you enter the information for the trading account you have and that you mark yourself as a Non-Professional.

Keep in mind, if you do not have a live, funded, futures trading account, then the CME Group will not allow you to be set as a Non-Professional. Refer to the information here:

Once you have these completed then either post here, or in the Account Support Tickets and let us know that you have completed the forms again and that you want your status changed to Non-Professional.
