open ing a new chartbook

hello i did activate a trial and when i close a chartbook and open a new one custom dom chartbook i open it and it supposed to have bids sold bot offers window up it does go up but im getting no data in them its just blank ??

From what we can see, it looks like you are using the Delayed Streaming Data. As such, you should have the Market Depth data.
