Hi, I rushed through the process of getting access to real-time Denali data from the CME. As you can probably see in my account, I went through activating a bunch of different services which I ultimately discovered were not suitable for my needs. I have decided to stick to the "CME, For professionals and users without a trading account" option which is 122 USD per month. I have paid for this service, however, the problem is that the other services which I deactivated seem to still be active and I therefore cannot really access real-time data using the 122 USD service. Could you please deactivate everything I do not need before the end of the month? Best regards, Kiril |

Hi Kiril, If you wish I can give you a call to speak about these topics. Please re-complete the Market Data Agreements and certify as a Professional, that will enable you to activate the Professional $122 option, so you can leave the Futures Trading Account Information blank, but you should be certifying as a Professional (not as a Non-Professional). https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements |
