Data lag issue

Hello,

Sierra has a severe lag for me today. I've manually deleted all of the .dly and .scid files and the issue persists. Can you help troubhleshoot?

Yes, the lag would be 10 minutes in your case.


The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

I've connected to my funded account and can see my account balance correctly, but am still receiving delayed data when I reconnect to SC Data - All Services?
