Yes, I getting data for the data feed. There are no realtime data (ES,NQ, FDAX). Alle Futures will expired at June 2014. They are not expired or inactive. I am connect to the data feed an the data feed is active (IB). The Chart has some data displayed. When I disconnect and then connect again, the data will be downloaded, but then the Prices stay.

If you are actually getting data from the data feed as explained in help topic 3.4, then the problem must be one of the other items in help topic 3. There is no other possibility. Hi SC, I've got exactely the same problem since this morning. I've doublechecked with another application at it seems that IB doesn't deliver the last field anymore via the API, though I still can receive live updates of bid/ask quotes. Please check this. THX |

What is the symbol of the chart? In this case a temporary solution is to append -BAAVG to the end of the symbol. You can set this through Chart >> Chart Settings. for example YM-201406-ecbot. As I've said, IB does deliver bid/ask quotes via the api but no last price.

FWIW - Ditto - same problems. Data being supplied, but nothing charts on the screen unless you constantly delete and download data Using Chart>>show bid ask lines you can see it moving up and down, but nothing prints to the screen. Connected to IB. Worked fine yesterday - not today for NQ and ES, however FX is updating. Will contact IB as well. |

I'm having the same problem and I agree, I think it's an IB bug. SC is green and connected, but charts and spreadsheet aren't updating. TWS DATA button is green until SC starts, then is yellow with this msg.: API Access - some of the market data require an additional subscription for API users. Please click here to go to acct. mgmt. to subscribe to API-specific market data packages. This problem started at 11:29 pm Central time (U.S.) - 3.5 hours ago. |

IB is aware of the problem, I've just chatted with the support. Please use this TWS Version, it should work: https://download2.interactivebrokers.com/download/tws40_install.exe (untested yet)

That worked for me. Download is build 939.4; I was using 943.1, which had been working fine since upgraded, probably 2-3 months.
