Hi plz see my attached pic. I do not know why there are negative bid/ask volumes? in the last version (SC 2332) that I used, i never saw this happen. But when I updated to the latest version. these issues occur. the wrong display of bid/ask volume will lead to wrong Delta, which is the difference of bid and ask volume. how to fix that? another issue is why sometimes the total volume is completely wrong? plz see my another attached pic. when the bid and ask volume are relatively large, the total volumes are always wrong. why is that, how to fix that? thank you in advance for your answer. |

The reason for the negative numbers is because the numbers you are viewing are so large that they are overflowing the internal variables. For both of the situations you are dealing with, you would need to use the Volume/Open Interest Multiplier to decrease the size of the volumes you are seeing.
