Hello, Can you kindly look into my account and let me know why am I being served delayed data (AMC and GME graphs showing permanent delay of 00:15) inspite of Current Service Package 5 and also paid for NASDAQ US stock data Exchange Fee. Yesterday was everything working fine. Thanks in advance Regards |

In order to get the NASDAQ TotalView data, you need to go through all of the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* In particular, note that the first thing you need to do is to change to package 10, 11 or 12. Package 11 is the equivalent for Package 5 with the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee in it.
