I cannot find the symbols that I clearly have access to? For example, for my CME symbols, I clearly have access to ES, NQ, etc. When I hit the FS button, all I have are the symbols of Etheer and Microbitcoin that I did not even know I had access to? There are no other symbols available like ES and NQ that I know I have access to because I am running those charts. Do you know how I can get those back?

Select File >> Find Symbol and make sure all of the sections are closed up (there should be a plus sign next to each entry). Then you should see the items like Futures - CME, Futures - CBOT, etc. Then open up the section for Futures - CME and you should be able to find the ES. If you are not seeing these then get us a screenshot of the Find Symbols window where you are not seeing these. There were + signs and this is what shows. I am already running charts for ES and NQ so I know I have access to them.

That is very odd. Please update your Symbol Settings by following these instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings Then check your Find Symbol window again. Hopefully everything will be listed properly. If not, then back on the Symbol Settings window uncheck the option at the top for Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. Then open the Find Symbol window and let us know if this worked or not. If you could attach the file named CustomSymbolSettings.cqg.xml we would like to take a look at it to see why you were having this issue. You can find the file in the folder named SymbolSettings which is under the main Sierra Chart folder. Typically, this would be C:\SierraChart\SymbolSetttings, but it depends on your particular installation. Refer to the following for how to attach a file: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for the file. If you have a need for Custom Symbol Settings, then exit from Sierra Chart and delete that file (CustomSymbolSettings.cqg.xml). After that you can reenable the use of custom symbol settings. Any previous customizations will not be there, but at least you will be able to move forward. Yes definitely delete that file, when Sierra Chart is not running. Also update Sierra Chart to the current version. That file may have been generated in the past with an older version.
