Hi,

I am running into this issue-
Using Denali data.
Using a tick chart.
I have followed SierraChart recommendations on how to properly setup tick charts.

During the day, the chart will sometimes randomly re-draw the bars- and they re-draw with a different appearance (OHLC for each bar will change etc).
If I exit SierraChart and log back in, pulling up that same tick chart- the bars could re-draw themselves differently as well. It's a 50/50 chance every time I pull up the same tick chart, that it will look the same as it did earlier.
If I enter SIM mode during the day, and then exit- the chart has a chance of again redrawing itself in a different way.
I am not changing the session times.

I have not seen this sort of issue on other platforms except for when either a session time or 'new bar on start of day' type option is toggled.

This cannot possibly be true:
During the day, the chart will sometimes randomly re-draw the bars
Chart bars within an existing chart do not change. Unless the chart is reloaded and they will only change if the starting Date-Time changes in the chart.

Refer to this subsection about the issue you are having:
Number Of Trades, Volume or Range Bar Charts Do Not Match Setting or Are Not Accurate or Are Inconsistent: Differences Due to Chart Duplication or Chart Reloading
