Good morning,

I noticed that my Rewards / Risk tool displays a wrong monetary value compared to the market I trade.

I'll give you an example; (as per picture)

I use the MYM, which has $.50 per tick

The stop is 54 ticks away, which, if traded with 4 contracts, should be a total stop of $108

However, the Reward / Risk tool shows 216, which signify $1 per tick, which is wrong.

I have the same problem also with other markets as well.

Can you please help me out?

Thanks,
Fabio

Please go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol and tell us what value is entered for the Currency Value per Tick.

Oh I see.. Is set to 1 when it should have been set to 0.5, I guess?

But it never happened before, actually, I never touched that field (not to mention I didn't even noticed before)

So when this issue happens it's enough going into this setting and change it manually?

We do not know why that would have changed, but yes, you can just manually change it and it should stay at what you set it to.
