Good morning, I noticed that my Rewards / Risk tool displays a wrong monetary value compared to the market I trade. I'll give you an example; (as per picture) I use the MYM, which has $.50 per tick The stop is 54 ticks away, which, if traded with 4 contracts, should be a total stop of $108 However, the Reward / Risk tool shows 216, which signify $1 per tick, which is wrong. I have the same problem also with other markets as well. Can you please help me out? Thanks, Fabio |

Please go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol and tell us what value is entered for the Currency Value per Tick.

Oh I see.. Is set to 1 when it should have been set to 0.5, I guess? But it never happened before, actually, I never touched that field (not to mention I didn't even noticed before) So when this issue happens it's enough going into this setting and change it manually? |

We do not know why that would have changed, but yes, you can just manually change it and it should stay at what you set it to.
