I'm using a rectangle drawing on the chart for red-color filld rectangles: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1366961054538.png Then I'm importing these rectangle to another chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1366961129398.png As you can see, the fill color (red) disappeared and rectangle is shown "empty". Could you please help? |

We cannot duplicate this problem. We will need to get your Chartbook to test it. Please follow these instructions to provide the Chartbook: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile You could create us a new Chartbook just for testing purposes. It just needs to have 2 charts with the drawings that demonstrate the problem. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Please see attached chartbook with 2 charts: "Original rectangles" and "Imported rectangles". If you change the vertical scale of the "Imported rectangles" chart, then rectangles' fill color will appear, but I expect the color to be visible for any vertical scaling. Regards Dmitry |

I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise. Please pay attention to the difference in the vertical scales of 2 charts - I think this is a root cause of the problem. The original rectangle drawing is on a much more coarse scale than the scale of the chart which imports the drawing. If you play with a vertical scale of importing chart (pressing mouse left-button and moving cursor on the vertical scale), you'll see the color will appear and disappear, depending on how close the scale is to the original drawing chart's scale. If you cannot reproduce, I'm ready to show it live on my computer. |

We tried altering the vertical scale, we cannot duplicate the problem. We will check the code to see if there is anything we can do on our side.
