ive just upgraded my account to level 5 and also clicked update but it still has my trial in so im guessing thats why the footprint chart is not loading properly, could you help me please?

You are getting the Numbers Bars study correctly, it is not an issue of your package or trial.

The Numbers Bars study is definitely not going to work well at all on a cash index symbol.

In this case change the symbol to NQM22-CME:
