Hi I am on 10 - standard + Daneli, also it was confirmed that I have activated NYSDAQ as well. However, I still do not see realtime stocks data - No "M" next to the ticker. Any thoughts? Thanks |

Make sure you are entering the stock symbols with the suffix "-NQTV". This is necessary in order to differentiate the data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Hi, thanks for the advice. However, I tried AAPL-NQTV, there was no reaction - turned white and did not download any data. Previously with AAPL it downloaded data even though with long periods of missing data, with AAPL-NQTV no reaction at all. Any suggestions? Thanks

First you must update to the current version. This is mandatory to resolve the issue. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update If you have any missing data in a chart, refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart After the update, for your -NQTV charts, follow the instructions below: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
