There is not a separate control for the Scales background. It just uses the main Background setting. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Thank you John, I thought so. Would it be too much to ask for it? different color for the background of the price scale and the background of the time scale? just those two things or at least one of them, might improve the look of the charts a lot ... In any case, Thank you !

Hello Tony, Attached is an example of the same chart with SC and with other platform (a crappy one in comparisson with our beloved Sierra Chart). Since the SC team have been working, in the last year or so, so much, in improvements in the graphics section (among a ton of other things), I'm just telling them about the possibility of adding a couple more of settings , background color for the price scale and background color for the time scale or time line. Background color for the Chart header might good aswell, but ... I'm not asking that much. It depends on their code how complicated or time consuming enabling this could be. I don't know. They have the answer. Might be relatively simple .... it depends. In my humble opinion, not only improves the looks but also helps, a bit, in focusing better the chart since it frames it even more. Anyway Thank you for your offering !

user8888, Oh, I get it now, sorry, I misunderstood your question, my bad. I am glad John set this as a Feature Request, it can not be done by a custom study. Looked your screenshot, you are right, it does look much better when time and value scales have different colors than chart background color. Cheers,
