Hi. I am trying to figure out how I can place a trade command that will basically "bracket" a position. Scenario: I have 5 long E-mini contracts that I bought at 4500. I set a Sell Stop at 4495, and a series of sell limits at 4505/4510/4515 (2/2/1). Thus, the position is bracketed. Is there a trade command that I can use such that if the sell limits trigger, it will cancel the sell stop? Or conversely, if the sell stop triggers, it will cancel the sell limits? Basically, what I am trying to do is cover my bases for periods when I cannot actively watch my screens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tim Strand |

This is a standard OCO (Order Cancels Order) bracket. As long as you enter the orders using the Attached Orders option in Sierra Chart and ensure the OCO grouping is correct, then this will take care of itself. Refer to the information here: Attached Orders For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
