Urgent : CBOE Europe symbols are not working since yesterday. Bar chart problem?

Hi, I've been succesfully using CBOE Europe feeds for months/years without any issue. But unfortunately it seems that they all stopped working yesterday. Sierra charts is connected to datafeed, no error message but the charts are not ticking. Is this a problem with barchart ? sierracharts ? From what I can see everything is fine with my account. Thanks for looking into it |

Ok, we did not know that you are on this data feed. We thought we prevented the renewal for users on this exchange but apparently not. It has been shut down but we can bring it back up again. SC Data - All Services | Received security definition for symbol MC.P.DX | 2022-04-06 13:42:00.743 - I've followed instructions to Update Globql Symbol Settings - I've also used "Delete and download data" on the charts - And I've restarted Sierra Another thing, from your message I understand you will soon close this feed. Do you have any alternatives for Euronext/Europe data feed ? Last time I checked (about 1 year ago, after the end of your deal with teletrader), this was the last option available. |

You should receive live updates in a few minutes. It was an issue involving what we call the symbol service code. We had to update this for these particular group of symbols.
