Yes we can do this. The easiest thing for us to do is simply to refund the usage time back in to credit and leave it on your account. We will do that.

We have set your account to not renew. Your current Usage Time will end on March 27, 2023. At that time, your account will be in an expired state.

Should you return to Sierra Chart, you can login using the same Account Name and password, add funds to your account and select a Service Package to get going again. If you keep the software on your system you will also have all the Chartbooks that you have setup.
