I would like to convert to your new data service program. I have my funded account with Iron Beam. I am unclear how to proceed. Also the new format for the chart set option is confusing me as to how to set the session start time, and how to attach my trade window to the right side of my chart. I am unable to locate the advanced chart setting option . I am willing to set up the phone call option to accomplish these requests. Please advise me as to the availability of that option. |

If you are referring to the Teton Order Routing Service, then you will need to follow the instructions at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If this is about something else, then please give us the specifics of what you are wanting to do and we can help you get setup. We know it can be frustrating to have something new, we have to get used to it as well. But the items are much more organized than they were before. So the first thing is to look at the tab options at the top and see what category it would fall into. To set the Session Times, you select the Session Times tab at the top. Then you will see the same entries as previously, just a little different look - Session Start Time, Session End Time, Use Evening Session, Evening Start Time, and Evening End Time. The option to attach the Trade Window to the Right is at Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Attach Trade Window to Right Side.
