I wanted to activate the CM non-professional but couldn't see any balance to do so. I had initially picked Service package 11 but then switched to package 5 the same day. Also. my routing shows Teton. Is this correct? I am going through AMP Futures; the Sierra-Denali-CQG-No Data-Order Routing only option.

Since you are with AMP, you are NOT using the Teton Order Routing Service. Instead, you are using CQG. If you have not already done so, make sure your Sierra Chart is setup to work with your CQG account by following these instructions:
